World #3: ▒▒▒▒▒

This week, before entering the Worlds, the Alices will find that, when they enter the area the Cat is normally standing, they will find that the Cat isn't in his usual position. Instead, on the far wall, between two doors, there's a hole--and the Cat is just stepping through into that when they enter. Curiously, the hole remains open, as if the Cat forgot to close it. They will also find that, while the knob on the Door to the next World does turn, it's almost as if it's jammed. The only way to go is the hole.
The Alices will find they drop down into what can only be described as a bizarre alleyway outside of an old run-down factory. But more than that, anyone with a keen eye will notice that the entire World is washed out and then inverted, and there's a general sense that they weren't meant to intrude on this space normally. There's a large, cracked and faded gravestone in the middle of the alleyway, but otherwise, there's not many places to go besides the gated-off other end and inside the factory with boarded-up windows.
Inside, it's more like the place has been mashed together with a warehouse and even an old basement, with patches of cobblestone among metal. The machinery is old and rusted, but something about it leaves the feeling that it still threatens to hum to life at any moment. In one corner in a patch of warehouse, there's a beat-up mattress, a lot of blood stains, some thread and what looks like bones with the occasional random body part. All in all, this World doesn't seem like much at first glance, and any text anywhere--such as warning on controls or machines--is horribly distorted beyond all recognition.
Where have the Alices managed to get to this time...?
